Shipping Info 

For orders being sent within Canada, please allow 5-10 business days for shipping. For orders being sent to the US, shipping can take 10-14 business days.

International orders will require 15-20 business days for shipping.


Return & Cancellation Policy

For all orders, we provide a 24-hour order cancellation period in the event that you change your purchasing decision. In the event you wish to cancel, or make adjustments to your order, you can send an email request to our Customer Care inbox,

However, since we operate on a print-to-order basis, we do not warehouse any inventory for our products and are unable to accept any returns. We do not provide any refunds, credits, or product replacements, with the exception for products that are DOA (Damage On Arrival).

If the product you ordered is damaged upon its arrival, we ask that you send an email to our Customer Care inbox and include as much information as you can, such as the order number, customer name, pictures of the damage, and any supporting detail. In this case, we will ship out a replacement product. As mentioned above, we do not warehouse any inventory, so we also do not accept returns for any damaged products.
